Price basis, Incoterm and payment arrangements are agreed before anything is loaded.
Destination requirements reviewed
Documents, inspections and prohibited items for your country are reviewed with you before shipment.
Grade and composition confirmed
The grade and the composition of the load are stated in the offer, not left to assumption.
Direct communication
You deal directly with the supplier, and each request receives a reference number for follow-up.
