Data we collect
When you submit the quotation form we collect your name, company, business email, phone or WhatsApp number, country, preferred language, order details and any message you write. We also record technical data needed for security: a one-way hash of your IP address, your browser's user agent, the page you came from and campaign parameters in the URL.
Purpose and legal basis
We use this data to answer your inquiry and prepare a quotation (steps taken at your request before entering into a contract) and to protect the website against abuse (legitimate interest). We do not send marketing messages without your separate consent.
Retention
Inquiries are kept for as long as needed to manage the commercial relationship and comply with legal obligations, and are reviewed periodically for deletion.
Processors and transfers
The website runs on Cloudflare infrastructure. If email notifications are enabled, inquiry details are sent to our team through an email provider. Analytics, if enabled, only load after your consent.
Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or object to processing by contacting us. You may also complain to your data protection authority.
