Clothing bales stacked at the back of a container during loading

How it works

How wholesale ordering works

From first inquiry to shipment, every step is agreed in writing. This is the process we follow with each buyer.

  1. Inquiry

You send your requirements through the quotation form or by email/WhatsApp. You receive a reference number.

  2. Qualification

We check what we can supply for your categories, grade, quantity and destination, and ask any missing questions.

  3. Quotation

We send a written quotation describing the lot, the quantity, the price basis and the validity of the offer.

  4. Terms and documents

We agree the Incoterm, payment arrangements and the documents your country requires (for example inspection or fumigation certificates).

  5. Preparation and loading

The goods are prepared and loaded as agreed.

  6. Shipment and clearance

We send the shipping documents so that your clearing agent can clear the goods.

Proof of your load, before you pay the balance

You buy a container you will not see until it arrives. These are the records you can ask for with your offer; we confirm in writing which of them apply to your load.

  • Loading photos and video

The container being loaded, layer by layer.

  • Bales opened at random

Two or three bales opened on camera so you can see the contents and the grade.

  • Container and seal numbers

A photo of the container number and of the seal when the doors are closed, matching the B/L.

  • Packing list per bale

Category, grade and weight of every bale.

  • Tracking

The B/L number to follow the container on the carrier's website.

How we work with every importer

These practices apply to every request, from the first message to loading.

  • Written commercial offers

Every offer is put in writing with the container, grade, composition and terms it covers.

  • Availability confirmed first

We only offer what can actually be supplied, and confirm it before you commit.

  • Terms agreed in advance

Price basis, Incoterm and payment arrangements are agreed before anything is loaded.

  • Destination requirements reviewed

Documents, inspections and prohibited items for your country are reviewed with you before shipment.

  • Grade and composition confirmed

The grade and the composition of the load are stated in the offer, not left to assumption.

  • Direct communication

You deal directly with the supplier, and each request receives a reference number for follow-up.
